What types of LED profiles do you offer?

Do the profiles come with diffusers and end caps?
Yes, most of our LED profiles are sold as kits that include the aluminum track, a snap-in PC diffuser (frosted or clear), and matching end caps for a professional finish.
Can the aluminum profiles be cut to a specific length?
Absolutely. Our aluminum profiles can be easily cut to any custom length using a standard hacksaw or a miter saw with a blade suitable for non-ferrous metals.
What is your shipping policy for long items?
We use specialized couriers to ensure our 2-meter and 3-meter profiles arrive without bending. Shipping is typically processed within 1-2 business days with full tracking provided.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your profiles arrive damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product for a free replacement.
Are your profiles compatible with all LED strips?
Our profiles are compatible with most standard LED strips. We recommend checking the internal width of the profile (e.g., 10mm or 12mm) against the width of your specific LED strip before purchasing.
